Do I need previous mountaineering experience to participate?

The required level is clearly stated in each activity description. Some outings are suitable for complete beginners, others require prior experience on rock or ice. Filippo evaluates each case individually — feel free to ask.

Is equipment included?

Collective technical equipment (ropes, quickdraws, ice axes, crampons) is provided by the guide. Personal equipment (boots, harness, helmet, clothing) is the participant's responsibility. A detailed equipment list is included in each activity description.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation more than 30 days before: full refund or 12-month voucher. 15–29 days before: 50% refund or voucher. 14 days or less: no refund. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions assessed by the guide, alternative dates are always offered.

How big are the groups?

Groups are small — typically 2 to 6 people — to ensure individual attention, effective learning, and safety in alpine terrain. This is a deliberate choice, not a logistical constraint.
